Richard has been part of the Rodgers & Co team since 2023. A true Cantabrian, he is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Finance at Victoria University of Wellington. This means he splits his time between working remotely and in the office across the two islands. Richard is excited about his early exposure to the accounting world and the opportunities it brings.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys playing the piano, golfing, and skiing. He also loves returning to his family farm in Kaikōura, where he spends time with his family and his beloved Chocolate Lab, Norm, who is a "Top Bloke."
