Richard began his journey with Rodgers and Co as an intern in 2023. After earning his Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting and Finance, we were delighted to welcome him onboard full-time as our graduate accountant.

When he’s not at work, Richard enjoys playing the piano, a round of golf, or spending time in the mountains. He also loves returning to his family farm in Kaikōura to visit his whānau and his Chocolate Labrador, Norm.
