Originally from Germany, where she gained her accounting qualifications, Andrea has been a vital part of the New Zealand accounting landscape for over two decades. Her history with Rodgers & Co spans 14 years, having first joined the firm in 2005. Currently a key member of the Aged Care Sector, Andrea is known for her meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering work ethic. She is deeply committed to her clients, consistently working to ensure their best interests are met with precision and integrity.

Outside of the office, Andrea is a proud mother of two and a dedicated caregiver to several cats. Believing strongly in community spirit, she holds multiple volunteer roles for local non-profit organisations. When she isn’t adding value to the community or the firm, she enjoys the simple pleasures of a good book or exploring the beauty of the New Zealand outdoors.
