Proudly born and bred on the West Coast, Jye completed his Bachelor of Commerce in Taxation and Accounting in 2017 at the University of Canterbury. Before joining the Rodgers and Co team in 2020, Jye began his career in his hometown of Greymouth. Jye has experience in preparing end of year financial statements, tax and GST returns and is passionate about helping small businesses and sole traders by offering practical, clear guidance that takes the stress out of dealing with taxes.

Away from the office, Jye loves keeping active – you’ll usually find him playing social basketball, tennis, or netball. But golf is his real obsession these days. He’s a proud dog dad to Lucy the Bichon Frisé with his girlfriend, and when he’s not on the course, he enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and growing his home‑cooking skills.
