Harpreet’s career reflects an unwavering commitment to professional growth and excellence. After obtaining a Master of Commerce degree from India, she moved to New Zealand in 2015 to pursue her dream of becoming a Chartered Accountant. She went on to complete a Bachelor of Applied Management (Accounting major) at Ara Institute of Canterbury and proudly achieved membership with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 2020.

Harpreet joined Rodgers & Co in August 2015 as a temporary team member assisting with RV work. Her talent, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic quickly stood out, leading the Directors to offer her a full-time position. Since then, Harpreet has become an integral part of the team, contributing her expertise across multiple areas of accounting and advisory services.

With deep knowledge of Xero, financial forecasting, and the preparation of financial statements and tax returns, Harpreet plays a pivotal role in helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes and achieve their business goals. Her ability to combine technical proficiency with a client-focused approach ensures that every engagement delivers value and clarity.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Harpreet embraces life’s adventures. She loves exploring New Zealand’s stunning scenery whether it’s road trips, mountain biking, or hiking and enjoys sharing these experiences with her husband and young daughter.
